We have encountered a major outage on the MariaDB service. Due to the nature of this problem, the outage is affecting your deployed applications as well as management functions. Maintenance window went smoothly and was completed with only short interruptions of the MariaDB service, which is operational again.

In the course of maintenance activities with individual cases, we experienced short interruptions of the MariaDB service.

To solve these cases sustainably, another emergency maintenance window is planned for tonight.

Improvements were successfully implemented in last night’s maintenance window, thus the MariaDB service is fully operational again.

A few individual cases still suffer from the effects of the issues, we are in direct contact with affected customers.

The MariaDB service on the Public Application Cloud is available again. However, there may still be limitations for individual customers. We are working with highest priority to remedy this restriction.
